Keystone Human Services is a family of non-profit agencies working together to serve the community. Its Mission, through its family agencies, is to create environments where all people can grow, make choices, and be valued and contributing members of their community.

Keystone Service Systems Dauphin County, PA Administration, which includes offices of the President, CEO, Finance, Information Systems, Community Development, Corporate Compliance, Human Resources, and Total Quality.
Keystone Residence Cumberland, Dauphin & Perry Counties, PA Mental retardation services which include home based, residential homes, life sharing, and supportive living are provided for adults.
  Franklin & Fulton Counties, PA Mental retardation services which include home based, residential homes, life sharing, supportive living and day program are provided for adults.
Keystone Community Mental Health Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin & Fulton Counties, PA  Mental health services are provided for adults through  residential homes, supported living, intensive case management, partial hospitalization, and psychiatric rehabilitation.
Keystone Residence Lancaster County Lancaster County Mental health, mental retardation, family living, and family and community support services are provided for adults.
Keystone Children & Family Services Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster & York, PA  Services are provided for children and their families through therapeutic foster care, host home, family preservation and reunification, psychological and behavioral assessment, behavioral health rehabilitation, student assistance, early intervention, occupation, speech, and physical therapies, head start, and service and hearing dog assistance.
Keystone Family Support Associates Adams, Cumberland,  Dauphin, Perry & York Counties, PA Mental health and mental retardation services are provided for children and adults through family living, respite care, family aid, and community supported services. 
Keystone Service Systems - North Central PA Blair, Centre, Columbia, Huntingdon, Juniata, Mifflin, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder & Union Counties, PA Mental health, developmental and intellectual disability services which include community support, residential homes, family living, home based, supportive living, therapeutic staff support, mobile therapy and behavioral specialist consultation, psychological evaluations,  psychosocial rehabilitation, family based, and early intervention are provided for children, adults, and families.
Keystone Service Systems - Southeast Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery  & Philadelphia Counties, PA;   New Castle County, DE Individuals with autism and mental retardation are served through residential living, supported living, behavioral therapy, and employment supports.
Keystone Service of Maryland Carroll & Washington Counties, MD Targeted case management, psychiatric rehabilitation and homeless-to-housing services are provided for children, adolescents, and adults.
Key Human Services Throughout the State of Connecticut Mental retardation and nursing services are provided for children, adolescents, and adults through residential homes, supported living, foster care and early intervention programs.
